These General Rules define the responsibilities, duties and rights of the Lavender Inn Guests, mandatory safety and hygiene conditions.
Every Guest registered at the guest house is considered to be familiar and committed to the internal rules, signing after them. The registered Guest shall introduce the rules for other Guests who arrived together and make sure they comply with rules.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
- Check-in time is from 2 pm. Check-out time is until 12 am.
- If the Guests wish to leave later than 12 am, they must contact the reception desk to get a late check-out.
- During the check-in, Lavender Inn requires the Guests to present a valid personal identification document and fill in the visitors’ card. Failure to do so may result in the Guest being denied access to the Lavender Inn service.
- Upon your departure, the Guest must return the room key to the reception. If the Guest loses or damages the key, the fee of 20 € is applicable.
- Upon departure, the Guest must pay for accommodation services (if it hasn’t been done before) as well as for extra services.
PAYMENT POLICY
- All bookings must be confirmed with the bank card (we will just validate it and make sure the Guest can use it later at our guest house). The Guest can pay for accommodation and extra services after arrival at our guest house. We accept bank cards and cash payments.
- The Guest can complete the reservation with the bank transfer. The Guests are given the opportunity to transfer the full accommodation fee from the chosen bank.
- Payments are accepted from these payment cards „Mastercard“, “Maestro”, „Visa”, “Visa Electron”, “VPAY”.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- The Guest can cancel the accommodation without charge no later than 7 days before arrival.
- The Guests will be charged the full price if they cancel their booking less than in 7 days before arrival. All non-arrivals will be charged in full as booked.
LUGGAGE STORAGE RULES
- The Guests can use the luggage storage service, which is available for Guests currently staying in the guest house Lavender Inn.
- If the Guests are leaving luggage in the storage, it must have a tag with the Guest name and room number. We will return the luggage only to the Guest, whose name is on the tag.
- All other valuables can be stored at the safety box in the room.
- The Guests are responsible for their own belongings left in rooms or other places of the guest house. To ensure the safety of the Guests belongings, we suggest using lockers in the rooms or at the reception desk. In a case of the disappearance of personal things, we insist that the Guests address any Lavender Inn administration member immediately. Lavender Inn is not responsible for the lost personal items.
GENERAL RULES FOR GUESTS
- For the Guests safety, the guest house and it’s surrounding area are monitored by video cameras.
- From 10 pm until 7 am, it is a night time. Please respect your own and other Guests’ rest. If the Guests do not comply with this prohibition and thus disturb the peace of other Guests or the staff they shall be liable for the actions in compliance with the Lithuanian Law.
- If you noticed any issues with technical appliances, please inform us. Do not try to fix or replace any appliances by yourself.
- Use electrical appliances and/or equipment only for their intended purposes. If you have any questions or concerns as to the equipment, please contact the guest house reception.
- All items in the rooms and other premises of the guest house are the property of Lavender Inn, therefore, the Guest cannot take them while leaving the guest house, except the single use hygiene means.
- Not allowed to change the positioning of the furniture, write on the walls, or in other ways destroy or damage, in whole or in part, the walls, ceilings, furniture and other assets and appliances.
- The Guests hereby acknowledge and accept that they conduct themselves appropriately at all times when staying premises, and comply with all safety, conduct, and behaviour policies of the guest house.
- In the guest house territory, it is strictly forbidden to violate public order, cause any type of disorder or disturbance (by shouting, whistling, crying, etc.) to other Guests or act in a way that might alter the calm, rest and privacy that Guests expect to enjoy during their stay. For security reasons, children without adult supervision are not allowed to be left unattended in rooms and public areas of the Lavender Inn.
- If you find that your rest is disturbed, please inform the guest house reception desk.
- Please note we do not accept pets.
- We cannot provide accommodation for the customers with disabilities.
- The guest house is obliged to keep the Guest’s items found for the period of 3 months after the Guest’s departure and shall not use the kept items during the whole storage period. We are commited to contacting the Guest with the provided contact information.
- There is a deep pond in the surrounding areas of the Lavender Inn. For your own safety, please comply with the safety requirements when using water entertainment equipment (boats, water bikes, and etc.), swimming or spending time on the shore of the pond. It is strictly forbidden to use water entertainment equipment or swim being affected by alcohol, drugs or psychotropic materials.
- It is strictly forbidden to damage plants, flowers and other flora. In particular, it is forbidden to pour salty liquids, acids, oils or liquid waste on the ground.
- You are not allowed to set fires in guest house territory.
- Employees of “Lavender Inn” has the right to call police or security if some Guests are acting improperly or is a potential danger to others.
RULES FOR USING THE ROOMS
- The Guests are liable for compensation for the damage to the guest house incurred by the Guest or their extra Guests invited to the guest house.
- The rooms can accommodate only registered customers. If the registered Guest needs to accommodate in the room an extra Guest, the registered Guest should get the confirmation of the guest house administration and agree on the payment for the extra Guest.
- Blankets, towels and bedding cannot be taken out of the room or used for outdoor entertainment.
- The guest house rooms and common areas of the guest house are strictly no smoking. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas of the guest house.
- Only persons over 20 years old can buy and consume alcoholic beverages from the minibar.
FLING APARTMENT RULES
- For this room, all general rules are applicable.
- The Guests must be at least 18 years of age.
- All items in the room, including sex accessories, toys and other appliances, are the property of the guest house, therefore, the Guest cannot take them while leaving. After using the appliances, they must be left cleaned.
SPA CENTRE RULES
- Each Guest must adhere to the rules of the spa. The Guests will find the rules in the SPA area and the guest house reception.
FIRE SAFETY RULES
The Guests are required to comply with fire safety rules:
- The Guest must turn off electrical devices (TV, kettle, iron, air conditioners, lighting systems) from the electrical outlets when leaving the room;
- Do not cover floor–lamps and table lamps with flammable substances;
- Do not bring any flammable and combustible liquids and similar materials that can pose a fire hazard;
- When you enter your room, review the evacuation plans posted in your room;
- In case of a fire or / and the fire alarm sounds, leave the room right away, closing all doors behind you and inform the reception desk about the accident. General emergency number is 112.
